Job Summary
Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated body portions as ordered by physicians, positioning and instructing patients prior to examinations. Adjust equipment settings for proper exposure, perform screening procedures for diagnostic interpretation, and verify exams on PACS. Monitor patients during exams to ensure safety, document exam information, and report important findings to physicians. Produce diagnostic images and prepare examination rooms and equipment as needed. Full-time night shift position with required ARRT-R and OBMI licensure.
Required Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography ARRT-R
- Oregon Board of Medical Imaging OBMI Radiologic Technologist License
- Basic Life Support BLS certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations
- Access to and understanding of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in radiologic technology
