Radiologic Technologist - Float Pool

Process radiographic exams, verify demographics, and check technical quality while completing procedures within established time frames. Assess patient conditions, administer first aid as required, and provide radiation protection in compliance with safety standards. Confers with supervisors to report problems and participate in departmental process improvement initiatives. Proficient in the OR, consistently rotate through the operating room on a regular basis to maintain expertise, and assist with clinical educational needs of rotating students. Restocks and monitors supplies in assigned work areas, notifying supervisors when shortages occur.
