Job Summary
Perform advanced imaging procedures across X-ray, CT, Ultrasound, and Mammography specialties by positioning patients, operating high-tech equipment, and capturing diagnostic images. Manage prepping contrast media, coaching patients through procedures, and maintaining top-tier safety standards while ensuring meticulous record-keeping. Support the department by mentoring students and handling after-hours emergency cases as needed. This full-time, on-site role at Covenant Hospital Levelland requires an AMA-approved radiologic technology license, national certification, and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Satisfactory completion of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology
- Texas General Medical Radiologic Technologist License upon hire
- Texas Temporary Medical Radiologic Technologist
- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
