Job Summary
Radiologic Technologist for Cath Lab supporting invasive cardiac/vascular/EP diagnostic and interventional procedures. Operates electrical/imaging equipment and monitors hemodynamics; administers or supports moderate sedation; interprets EKG and arrhythmias; collaborates with Cardiologists and research staff; ensures patient safety, aseptic technique, sterile setup, and proper documentation of care, charges, and CPT codes; contributes to continuous quality improvement and patient education during procedures.
Required Qualifications
- License/Certifications: BLS, ACLS within 1 year, Licensed Radiologic Technologist (Radiography), ARRT certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year; Registered in Radiography (R) - ARRT; Certificate of Completion: Radiologic Technology
