Job Summary
Radiologic Technician role performing direct patient imaging across radiology procedures, including reviewing patient history, initiating radiographic images per physician order, and educating patients to ensure mutual understanding. Responsibilities include safely administering contrast media or related imaging medications, monitoring patient condition, and reporting changes; maintaining image quality and equipment functionality per established radiology best practices; contributing to safe, high-quality care within UCHealth’s multidisciplinary team; precepting new imaging staff and supporting ongoing professional development within the diagnostic imaging ladder. Eligible for a competitive total rewards package and a three-year incentive structure; relocation bonus may apply.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
- ARRT certification(s) if required for position
- State licensure if required by law
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider
- BLS or CPR card valid through sixty days after hire
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (R)
- CPR/ BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer
