Job Summary

Provides top of scope direct patient care and imaging/radiologic procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment. Reviews patient history, initiates radiographic images per physician orders, educates patients for mutual understanding, and safely administers contrast media while monitoring patient condition. Maintains image quality and equipment functionality per established Radiology practices, and contributes to safety/quality at the point of care. Models proficiency through precepting new imaging staff, collaborates within a multidisciplinary team, and supports ongoing learning and improvement. Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
  • Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with R
  • Specialty ARRT certification(s) if required for position
  • State licensure if required by law
  • BLS Healthcare Provider
  • BLS or CPR card through American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer (valid through 60 days after hire)
