Job Summary
Radiologic Technologist at American Family Care with opportunities for Full Time or Part Time in Pensacola, FL. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic radiology (X-ray) exams following ALARA, collaborating with providers for timely care, flexing into MA clinical duties (triage, labs, venipuncture, wound care) when not imaging, supporting MR tasks (insurance verification, registration, payment collection), and maintaining equipment QC and compliance logs. Required ARRT certification (R.T. (R)) and state license where applicable, active or onboarding BLS, with 1+ year urgent care/ER imaging experience preferred. Strong skills in insurance verification and EMR documentation, plus flexibility to cover MA/MR duties; radiology, CT, or MRI experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- ARRT-certified (R.T. (R)) in good standing
- Radiologic Technologist (RT/Rad Tech/X-Ray Technologist) state license where required
- Active BLS certification required or must be obtained within defined onboarding period
- 1+ year urgent care/ER imaging experience preferred
- Strong insurance verification and EMR documentation skills
- Flexible team player willing to cover MA/MR duties
- Experience in radiology, CT, or MRI preferred
