Job Summary
The Radiologic Tech is responsible for performing all routine diagnostic procedures, including fluoroscopy, trauma, and portable radiographs, while ensuring a positive atmosphere for patients. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills to interact with patients effectively, the ability to lift and move patients weighing between 100 to 300 lbs, and readiness to take 24-hour standby shifts. Candidates must possess a current Oregon RT License and be ARRT registered within six months of hire. New Graduate Rad Techs must hold a current Oregon limited RT License.
Required Qualifications
- Capable of all routine diagnostic procedures
- Current Oregon RT License
- ARRT registered, within 6 months of hire
- Current Oregon limited RT License for new graduates not completing Radiology Tech training
