Job Summary
Radiography Technologist Traveler on a mid shift responsible for performing radiologic procedures and imaging across assigned sites. Safely administers contrast media or imaging medications as ordered, reviews patient history, educates patients to ensure cooperation, monitors patient condition, and maintains image quality and equipment functionality per radiology best practices. Role includes travel/locational flex with local traveler options within 75 miles, 13-week assignments with possible extension, and a focus on precepting those new to imaging in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
- One year of experience
- Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (R) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R)
- State licensure if required by law
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
