Job Summary
Leads the Radiology Diagnostic team as Radiography Technologist Lead with oversight of assigned areas, providing coaching and performance evaluations, promoting teamwork, coordinating services and prioritizing workflow, and handling complex issues. Oversees equipment quality control testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting, may supervise Radiology students. Requires critical thinking, decisive judgement, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. On-site role with no hybrid/remote option. Must be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program, ARRT-registered, state licensure where required, and have 2 years of experience plus BLS/CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
- Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) by the ARRT
- State licensure if required by law
- BLS through AHA or ARC CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- 2 years of experience
