Job Summary
Leads Radiology Diagnostic team by exemplifying advanced knowledge of responsibilities, coaching and evaluating team performance, ensuring productivity and quality, and promoting teamwork. Oversees equipment quality control testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting; may work with Radiology students. Requires critical thinking, decisive judgement, ability to operate with minimal supervision, and comfort in a fast-paced environment. On-site role in the Radiology Diagnostic department (Aurora, CO) with days shift. Responsibilities include coordinating services, prioritizing assignments and workflow, handling complex issues, and guiding team members. Must be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program, ARRT-registered, licensed as required, with 2 years of experience and BLS/CPR valid through the start date. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
- Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Specialty ARRT certification(s) if required for position
- State licensure if required by law
- 2 years of experience
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
