Job Summary
Radiographer needed for PRESNow program in a clinical setting. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic radiographic examinations, checking and maintaining radiography equipment and supplies, developing film and evaluating for technical quality, transporting patients to and from radiography rooms, maintaining clean and orderly work areas, and participating in ongoing professional development and quality assurance activities. Requires knowledge of hospital policies, adherence to safety standards, and involvement in education/outreach through inservice meetings and workshops. Licensure/credentials include NM Radiography Technologist (RRT) or temporary license; ARRT R.T.(R) certification preferred at time of hire; current BLS required. Evening shift in a hospital environment with potential for night/weekend differentials and opportunities for tuition/certification reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associates Degree preferred
- NM Radiography Technologist (RRT) License or Temporary license required
- ARRT R.T.(R) certification preferred at time of hire
- Current BLS is required
