Job Summary
Perform diagnostic imaging examinations in line with clinical protocols, collaborating with radiologists to assist during procedures while maintaining sterile techniques. Utilize RIS/PACS systems accurately to document services and ensure patient care, safety, and dignity throughout all interactions. Maintain knowledge of infection control, medical emergencies, and nursing procedures while engaging in professional development to adopt new imaging techniques. This role is available in Kalgoorlie, Bunbury, Mandurah, or Busselton for full-time positions with competitive remuneration based on experience. The client is a leading provider of diagnostic imaging services across Western Australia, operating a network of practices and partnering with private facilities and public hospitals to deliver exceptional radiology services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Medical Imaging or equivalent qualification recognized by AIR
- Registration with AHPRA
- membership with AIR
- Western Australian Department of Health Radiation 'Use Licence'
- Strong clinical skills in MRI
- proficiency with RIS/PACS systems
