Radiographer/Mammographer

Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures including X-ray, mammography, and other radiologic examinations as prescribed by physicians. Operate radiographic equipment while positioning patients correctly to obtain accurate images and minimize radiation exposure. Review images for clarity and diagnostic quality before submission, maintain accurate patient records, and perform routine equipment checks. Explain procedures to patients, monitor them during exams, and adhere to infection control and safety standards. Coordinate with physicians and radiologists regarding imaging needs and assist in breast screening programs. Requires CORU registration and three years of experience.
