Job Summary
Greet patients, verify identity, and provide empathetic support throughout MRI visits while assisting with safe transfers and positioning. Restock consumables, manage waste streams, and maintain tidy clinical areas to uphold infection prevention standards and JCI hygiene protocols. Support radiographers by placing and removing coils, handling questionnaire pre-checks, and covering reception duties including scheduling and list checks. Escalate clinical concerns promptly and complete mandatory training in BLS, manual handling, and fire safety. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to local MRI safety rules.
Required Qualifications
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent
- Strong customer-facing skills
- Clear verbal and written English
- basic IT literacy (MS Office)

Desired Qualifications
- QQI/FETAC Level 5 Health Care–related major award (e.g., Healthcare Support / Health Service Skills) or equivalent

- experience in a hospital/clinic or care environment
- Prior exposure to Ultrasound/CT/MRI settings
