Job Summary
Develop algorithms for DSP, DBF, and general I/Q processing in C++ for distributed simulation in a U.S. Army radar system integration context; provide signal processing expertise, analyze simulation gaps, communicate approaches to leadership, collaborate on system planning, and document findings via technical reports and conference papers; author and execute test procedures for algorithm evaluation with emphasis on radar I/Q data, ensuring code quality through version control and automated builds and unit tests.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET Security Clearance
- Radar systems development experience including signal processing, algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling & simulation
- Experience creating engineering test plans and working with radar systems—including subsystem/component knowledge and hands-on design, integration, or testing of radars, transmitters, and sensors.

- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Public repositories on GitLab, GitHub, etc.
- Quality technical writing skills
- Competent understanding of Python
- Good understanding of unit testing in a C++ environment
- Radar system design, development, engineering, test, evaluation, and data analysis
