Job Summary
The Sales Assistant provides administrative and sales support to the Account Executives and Sales Management team. This role ensures the smooth execution of client campaigns, timely delivery of commercial schedules, and accurate reporting by entering and maintaining orders in the traffic/billing system, monitoring schedules, processing make-goods, generating regular activity and revenue reports, coordinating with traffic, promotions, and programming, and handling general administrative duties for the sales department.
Required Qualifications
- Previous office, sales support, or administrative experience required (media or advertising preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with WideOrbit or similar traffic/billing software a plus
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and detail-driven
