Radiation Therapy Team Leader

Coordinate daily workflow and staffing assignments for radiation therapists to ensure efficient patient care delivery. Provide clinical and didactic instruction to staff and students, ensuring proper onboarding and adherence to safety standards. Perform patient setup and accurately deliver prescribed radiation treatments while conducting quality assurance checks and warm-up procedures on treatment equipment. Troubleshoot minor equipment faults, maintain a clean and stocked treatment environment, and serve as the acting supervisor when needed. Requires 3-5 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist, ARRT-T licensure, and BCLS certification.
