Job Summary
Provide radiation therapy support based on designated treatment plans under the direction of the Radiation Oncologist at the University Parkway location or the new Milman-Kover Cancer Pavilion. Perform duties Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30 PM, with scheduling at both sites as needed. Maintain current Florida Radiologic Technologist licensure, ARRT certification, and Basic Life Support/CPR certification. Pay rates vary by years of experience, ranging from $41 to $47 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- current/active State of Florida Radiologic Technologist licensure
- graduation from an accredited Radiation Therapy Program
- ARRT: Amer Reg Rad Technologist
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification (must have at time of hire - we accept it from American Red Cross & American Heart Association)
- Monday - Friday availability
- 8am-4:30 PM shift availability
- background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
Desired Qualifications
- experience with Varian equipment (True Beam and Aria)
- minimum of one (1) year as a clinical Radiation Therapist
