Job Summary
Administer radiation therapy as prescribed, verifying doses, fields, and angles before each treatment. Simulate patients using CT scanners or simulators to localize areas, shield healthy tissue, and perform machine safety checks. Maintain accurate treatment documentation, observe clinical progress, and report complications while adhering to safety protocols and the Code of Ethics. Collaborate with the Radiation Oncologist to prepare treatment plans and ensure processing deadlines are met. Requires ARRT and CRT certification with one year of clinical experience; full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- BS in related field
- ARRT Board certified
- CRT certified
- One or more years clinical experience
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Proven experience of working independently
- Ability to be on call
