Job Summary
Deliver radiation therapy as per the Radiation Oncologist's prescription, engaging with a diverse patient demographic from newborns to geriatric patients. Collaborate with a team of experienced therapists boasting over 55 years of combined experience, supported by an onsite dosimetrist and physicist. Utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including a newly commissioned Elekta Versa with VMAT, new wide bore GE CT, and onsite PET CT. Work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. This role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance within a 140-bed medical center in Idaho's hidden gem, providing a unique lifestyle where work-life balance exists.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT Certification in Radiation Therapy
- Knowledge of radiation therapy principles and ability to communicate these to medical staff and the public
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Commitment to ongoing education as outlined by JCAHO and A.R.R.T.
