Job Summary
Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments accurately and safely while positioning patients for delivery and operating linear accelerators. Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and nursing staff to ensure precise care. Maintain detailed treatment records, monitor patient response to therapy, and ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines. This three-year contract requires relocation to Alaska for a dedicated oncology team.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy (Australia, Canada, or USA for equivalency)
- ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (or eligibility in progress)
- Minimum 24 months of recent radiation therapy experience
- English proficiency (certification or native fluency)
- Willingness to relocate to Alaska for a minimum of 3 years
