Job Summary
Conduct radiation therapy treatments under the supervision of a radiation oncologist for patients undergoing cancer treatment. Manage patient care plans and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure accurate dosing and timely delivery of therapy. Utilize Varian equipment to deliver precise radiation beams while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and clinical guidelines. Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions and patient progress in electronic health records. This assignment includes a 13-week locum rotation with competitive compensation, travel, and lodging support provided by Epic Oncology Staffing.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from a Radiologic Technology accredited program
- Certification and registration in Radiation Therapy by the ARRT
- RTT License from the state of CA
- 2+ years of experience as a Radiation Therapist
- 2+ years of experience in Varian
