Job Summary
Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments safely and accurately while operating equipment according to established clinical protocols. Position patients correctly for each session and maintain detailed treatment documentation for every patient encounter. Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout the process while communicating with the clinical team to ensure coordinated care. Adhere to all radiation safety standards and quality assurance procedures. This junior-level role supports the dedicated radiation oncology team in Russellville, Arkansas, with no travel required and no relocation assistance or visa sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy or an equivalent field
- Diploma or certification in Radiation Therapy
- Registry or registry-eligible status as a radiation therapist in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- One to two years of experience in radiation therapy
- Knowledge and experience with Aria, Eclipse Treatment Planning, and Philips CT software
