Job Summary
Radiation Oncology Physician for a physician-led multi-specialty group in Quincy, Illinois. Join a team of clinicians including four high-caliber oncologists and robust support staff (nurses, rad techs, social workers, infusion nurses, pharmacists, dosimetrist, and physicist). State-of-the-art resources with a linear accelerator and PET CT on site. Flexible schedule with the option to work remotely one day per week. Clinician input in clinical decisions, scheduling, and staffing; Epic EMR; physician-led care; collaborative culture with administrative teams handling operations, compliance, and contracting. Compensation includes base salary ($620k–$650k) with total target ($650k–$800k+) plus incentives, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, loan forgiveness, CME allowance, paid licensure renewals, generous time off, and robust retirement plan. Physician ownership opportunities and shareholder pathway. Illinois-licensed or eligible physicians encouraged to apply.
