Job Summary
Provide expert, full-time radiation oncology services utilizing advanced technologies such as AlignRT, Brachytherapy, Calypso 4D localization, IGRT, IMRT, RapidArc Radiotherapy, SRS, and SBRT. Lead the expansion and development of the radiation oncology program, contributing to strategic growth and innovation. Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with referring physicians and participate actively in tumor boards. Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a positive and highly functional clinical environment. Monday through Friday schedule (8:00am – 5:00pm) with no call constraints. Competitive compensation package ranging from $500,000 - $550,000 annually. Required Qualifications
- BE/BC Radiation Oncologist
- Excellent clinical skills
- Collaborative spirit
- Passion for utilizing advanced techniques to deliver precision radiation treatment
- Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
- Active or eligible license in the state of California
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of cardiology care principles
