Job Summary
Radiation Oncologist needed to provide comprehensive radiation oncology services at Ballad Health’s cancer program in Abingdon, VA, utilizing Advanced Technology including TrueBeam, Eclipse (SRS/SBRT), 3D/IMRT, Electron treatments, and a GE CT scanner with 4D gating. Role supports EPIC EMR/Aria workflows; focused on patient care, treatment planning, and collaboration with medical oncology, hematology, and infusion services. Attractive compensation with signing bonus, moving allowance, and full benefits; standard office hours Monday–Friday. Candidate will engage in modern radiation therapy planning and delivery within a not-for-profit health system serving the region.
