Radial Onsite Operations Manager

Job Summary

Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations in a high-volume cross-dock environment, managing receiving, packing, shipping, and returns while ensuring operational KPIs are met. Lead a team of 90+ associates through coaching, training, and performance evaluations to foster accountability and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate directly with clients to exceed expectations and maintain SLA compliance, while analyzing data to identify root causes and optimize processes. Manage the value stream budget, conduct inventory reconciliations, and lead special projects including system implementations and workflow changes. This onsite leadership role requires flexibility for rotational shifts and early/late hours in a fast-paced fulfillment center.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in a progressive operations management role
  • Expertise in high-volume 3PL, retail B2B, cross-dock operations, or reverse logistics and e-commerce fulfillment
  • Prior experience in staffing or recruiting
  • Proven experience in driving productivity improvements through CI efforts (LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar)
  • Six Sigma certification
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
  • Strong ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Strong focus on execution, results, and achieving operational goals
  • Ability to analyze data, perform root cause analysis, and identify areas for improvement
  • Experience leading large teams (90+ associates) and other leads
  • Strong coaching, development, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish or enhance quality control procedures
  • Adherence to company policies, MS-IL standards, and safety protocols
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs (and occasionally more, with assistance)
  • English/Spanish proficiency
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, rotational shifts, early mornings or late shifts as needed
  • Age 18 years or older
  • Clean criminal background
  • Reliable transportation
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. E-Verify compliance
  • Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
  • 100% onsite availability
  • Exposure to warehouse equipment: scanners, conveyors, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
  • Prolonged standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing ladders
  • Manual dexterity to handle small parts, tools, and inventory labels
  • Visual acuity required for reading labels, reports, screens, and packaging instructions
  • PPE (safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe shoes)

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30–50 lbs (and occasionally more, with assistance)
