Job Summary
Own the Integration and Test process by collaborating with engineers to integrate hardware, software, and firmware into cohesive systems. Conduct rigorous testing in labs or field environments to verify system performance against specifications. Debug, trace, and correct faults in mechanical, electronic, and software systems while developing comprehensive test plans and procedures. Identify and program required tools and equipment to streamline the I&T process. Work 4-5 days per week out of the Hawthorne, California office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or another related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a technical role: Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related technical field
- Demonstration of Integration & Test experience: Experience conducting integration and test or troubleshooting technical issues on complex systems
- Familiarity with specific test equipment used in RF (Radio Frequency) Systems testing, like signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail: A commitment to quality and a keen eye for catching errors
- Work 4-5 days per week out of our office in Los Angeles (Hawthorne), California
Desired Qualifications
- Systems Engineering experience with RF (Radio Frequency) Systems
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python, MATLAB, or C++
- Experience with Signal Processing and/or Data Analysis
