Job Summary
Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments while accurately preparing, positioning, and selecting appropriate technical/anatomic parameters for patients. Collaborate with physicians and dosimetrists to deliver individualized treatment plans and ensure high-quality imaging and documentation (PACS compliance). Maintain accurate, detailed records of all therapy sessions and ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards. Operate, maintain, and adjust radiation equipment while supporting a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider within 1 month; Radiation Therapist credentialed from IEMA prior to hire; Radiation Therapist credentialed from ARRT within 12 months of hire; Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years experience OR Associate's degree OR 4 years of cumulative job-specific experience.
