Rad Tech 2 - Card Cath/SP - Cath Lab / Interventional Technologist

Cath lab/invasive cardiovascular procedures technologist role for a travel assignment. Provides care in the invasive lab for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, electrophysiology devices, peripheral vascular, neuro interventional, and interventional radiology procedures; produces quality imaging and assists with invasive procedures. Performs circulating, scrubbing, and/or monitoring duties for cath lab cases (left and right heart catheterization, PCI, Watchman, pacemaker-related procedures, EVAR, neuro interventions, and EP-associated work). Utilizes PACS, IVUS, FFR/iFR, OCT, and other equipment (e.g., Rotarex, HawkOne, Penumbra, EKOS, Inari). Requires on-call rotation with weekends/holidays and may float to all areas of the department; must travel between locations within the Greater Peoria Service Area as needed. Shift details: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, 20-week expected length, 4 shifts/week, 10 hours per shift; driving/relocation not included. Licensure requirements include active credentials (ACLS, RCIS, BLS) and Radiologic Technologist registration; preferred: Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology. Must meet imaging and clinical requirements, and may require pre-employment modules and health documents.
