Racquets Professional

Provide an exceptional racquet sports experience by delivering high-quality instruction to players of all levels, including junior and adult clinics, private lessons, and special events, while upholding safety, etiquette, and facility rules. Develop safe, professional, and engaging lessons to encourage long-term participation; assist in promoting clinics and programs to attract and retain members and guests; supervise play, manage fees, and string racquets as needed. This role requires hospitality-focused service, strong communication, English proficiency, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings and/or evenings, in a part-time capacity at a luxury resort and club managed by Troon. Minimum one year of related experience; physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds; outdoor work in variable conditions; USTA rating of at least 4.0 preferred; opportunities for healthcare and retirement benefits where applicable.
