Job Summary
Oversee court, lesson, and clinic reservations while promoting events and assisting members and guests with game matching. Manage lesson and court fee billing and drive retail sales. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all tennis programs and foster relationships with club members, resort guests, meeting planners, and vendors. Reports to the Director of Racquet Sports. Requires strong interpersonal skills, customer service experience, and resort or country club background; tennis knowledge is a plus. Lifting up to 50 lbs with frequent handling of objects up to 25 lbs. The Boca Raton Resort and Club provides a premier destination for leisure and dining.

- Experience in a customer service environment
- Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs
