Job Summary
Rack and unrack aluminum parts for the anodizing process using box-end wrenches and ratchets. Pack finished parts to ensure protection during storage and shipment. Set up and tear down anodizing racks as needed while lifting and handling materials up to 50 pounds regularly. Operate small hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Retrieve parts for racking and transport them to designated storage areas. Move materials and products throughout the facility, including pushing loaded carts. Maintain a steady pace while meeting production and quality standards in a manufacturing setting. Work independently with minimal supervision in an environment requiring use of personal protective equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform medium to heavy physical labor
- Frequent lifting, carrying, and handling of parts
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, balance, and reach throughout the shift
- Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods
- Ability to push and maneuver loaded carts
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly
