Job Summary
Align parts in fixtures, deburr components with brushes, and load finished pieces into furnace hangers. Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards and maintain focus on repetitive tasks over extended periods. Navigate production systems to input data, track progress, and document results while communicating effectively with the team. Achieve daily production targets consistently and adhere to all safety rules and company policies. Maintain a clean workspace and demonstrate strong time management skills. Full-time Monday through Friday, 4:30 AM to 1:00 PM, with possible weekend overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- U.S. Person eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to read and write in English
- Reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with various software applications
