Job Summary
Determine job priorities to prepare parts for processing, select appropriate racking procedures based on object size and shape, and wire or clip items for hoisting. Remove processed parts from racks, complete required paperwork, and ensure proper PPE use while maintaining a clean workspace. Dispose of all hazardous waste correctly. This manufacturing role in Garden Grove requires lifting up to 75 lbs and adherence to safety guidelines. Applicants must meet ITAR requirements and report to the Department Supervisor on the 2nd shift.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree
- Must be able to consistently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50-75 lbs
- That requires vision, average sight, touch
- MUST be able to wear PPE
- Access to knowledge and technical data regulated by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
- Valence Surface Technologies is required to verify that applicants meet ITAR requirements prior to employment
