Job Summary
Racker role on 2nd shift (Temp to Hire) in Lynwood, CA. Responsible for preparing parts for the production process and assisting the operator as needed. Duties include determining job priority for preparation, selecting appropriate racking procedures based on size/shape/quantity, wiring or clipping objects to racks or hoists for processing, removing parts after processing, completing required paperwork, adhering to PPE and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean work area, and disposing of hazardous waste correctly. Additional duties as assigned. Candidates should demonstrate reliability, time management, communication, ethical conduct, initiative, accuracy, and accountability. Physical requirements include repeatedly lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50-75 lbs and wearing PPE. Education required: High School Graduate or GED.
