Job Summary
Install and cable high-performance server racks using build documentation, elevation diagrams, and cable plans under the direction of Level 2 and 3 technicians. Perform basic visual inspections on components to identify defects before installation and interpret Bills of Materials and sales orders with guidance. Execute routine, low-complexity builds while maintaining a clean work area, completing daily housekeeping and 5S duties. Escalate build issues, discrepancies, or material shortages to supervisors and accurately record completed tasks and report deviations. Join a team driving the AI and liquid cooling revolution, working with hardware from vendors such as Dell, Cisco, SuperMicro, and Nvidia.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
- Must be able to work additional hours and weekends when required
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards
Desired Qualifications
- Two to three years of experience in an electronics manufacturing facility
- Moderate MS Excel knowledge
- Experience with computer hardware and cabling
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Detail and process oriented
