Job Summary
Rack integration and assembly duties including installing rack rails, mounting servers, verifying status indicators and power connections, installing network cables and labels, and organizing cabling per BOM/ MPI. Perform rack-and-stack for servers, storage, and networking equipment; use MES for serial-number tracking; complete production and quality documentation; maintain an ESD-safe work environment; follow 5S and safety procedures; support production schedules and audits; and contribute to continuous improvement. Requires reading blueprints/specifications, following assembly instructions, and communicating quality concerns to supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or college coursework is a plus.
- Previous assembly experience in the electronics, computer hardware, or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Ability to read and understand assembly instructions, production orders and control documentation.
- Experience using hand tools and light power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures and quality standards.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet production deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Soldering experience is a plus but not required.
- Travel to client sites to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and deployment services
