Job Summary
Assess Residential Aged Care funding using the AN-ACC tool across the Wide Bay region. Conduct interviews with residents and staff, review health records, and triangulate data to inform classifications that determine funding levels. Part-time 0.5 FTE with travel across the designated region and potential support to other regions; comprehensive paid training, mileage/travel reimbursement, and opportunities to travel across the state. Requires 5+ years of post-registration clinical experience in aged care, tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy, and current unrestricted AHPRA registration. You must have your own vehicle with comprehensive insurance. Roles include working within a team with autonomy, managing a flexible schedule between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, and participating in mandatory pre-employment checks; start date anticipated August 2026.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years post-registration clinical experience across aged care
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
- Current unrestricted General Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Own vehicle with comprehensive insurance for required travel
