Regulatory management role leading governance for a category/brand portfolio in Haleon’s Oral Health space. Acts as a business partner providing regulatory advice across drug/cosmetic/devices/food and supplements development and lifecycle management, including variations and renewals. Develops regulatory strategies to secure approvals and speed to market, prepares CMC-related submission materials (e.g., new medicinal registration files, PIFs, MDTFs, TMACs briefing books, INDs), and supports regulatory filings to ensure compliance. May supervise or mentor team members, deliver high-quality regulatory files to deadlines, and influence cross-functional project teams. Requires staying current on technical guidelines and regulatory requirements, and communicating requirements clearly to R&D, supply chain, and commercial counterparts. Strong emphasis on lifecycle maintenance, risk communication, and the ability to plan regulatory pathways and navigate cross-functional processes while aligning claims to consumer insights within regulatory constraints.
