Job Summary
Lead the R&A PAR and Controller team for Shell Downstream in India, overseeing end-to-end reporting for the DS portfolio, including monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting, local statutory submissions, planning and appraisal processes, and performance analysis. Manage a finance team of up to 10 professionals, ensure first-time-right reporting, provide insights to business leaders, coordinate with Group Reporting and Process Excellence, drive process efficiency, and support the annual Business Plan and latest estimates with strong stakeholder engagement across finance and business leaders. Emphasizes governance, data integrity, confidential handling of financial information, and continuous improvement within a matrix organisation.
Required Qualifications
- An accounting qualification
- 10 years of experience in financial reporting
- University degree in finance related discipline
- preference for professional qualification and/or certification like CIMA, MBA
