Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while treating all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. Follow resident care plans as directed by community leadership and comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. Incorporate the Generation's Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions with others. Work part-time shifts from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, including weekends and holidays, while maintaining CPR/First Aid certification and passing pre-employment physical and background checks. Join a family-owned senior living team dedicated to supporting the vitality and joy of residents across California, Colorado, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient
- Weekends needed
- Holiday availability
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Caregiver
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide
