Job Summary

Seasoned Account Manager to drive strategic growth across Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts in Canada. Own and expand a portfolio leveraging Rogers’ Wireless, Wireline, Fixed Network, UC, Data Centre/Cloud, and IoT solutions. Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers, prospect and acquire mid-market and Enterprise business customers across assigned territories, and lead the full sales cycle from discovery through close. Deliver consultative, CX-driven solutions and coordinate with internal teams to retain and grow accounts, while staying informed on market trends and opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B telecom or tech sales with a proven track record in Wireless, Fiber, Internet, VoIP, or IoT solutions sales, enterprise account management, and consultative selling
  • Proven hunter mentality with a track record of new customer acquisition
  • Experience selling complex, multi-solution portfolios to Mid-market and Enterprise businesses
  • Strong consultative selling, discovery, and solution-based negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities including ability to develop and grow c-suite and senior level relationships within key clients
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
