Job Summary
Implement physical design from RTL to GDSII using Synopsys and Cadence tools, including ICC2 for placement, CTS, and routing. Close designs at 10, 22, and 130nm nodes while managing floorplan, ECOs, and shell/TCL scripting. Apply strong leadership and troubleshooting skills to drive design closure.
Required Qualifications
- Physical Design Implementation from RTL To GDSII
- P&R Tools used: Synopsys – Cadence (Innovus & Tempos), IC Compiler2, Calibre, Prime Time, ICV, Red -Hawk
- Hands on experience in closing designs at 10 and 22nm Technologies
- Placement, CTS and Routing of the design using ICC2 tool
- Good knowledge on Floorplan, placement, CTS, Route and ECO's Implementation
- Working experience on 10 nm, 22nm and 130nm design node
- Decent Knowledge on shell and TCL scripting
- Strong Leadership, Troubleshooting and Communication skills
