Assess subrogation or fraud potential in complex cases and apply advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships. Handle investigations regarding all aspects of auto claims with discretion and independence, including reviewing and evaluating moderate to complex injury claims. Mentor junior employees and identify customer needs using appropriate service skills. Manage claims for Georgia and/or Florida in a decision-driven environment.
