Job Summary
Process journal entries, prepare supporting documents, and post transactions in the ERP system according to the month-end close calendar. Maintain balance sheet reconciliations, investigate unreconciled items, and support data gathering and report generation for month-end and year-end close activities. Assist the RTR Team Lead and Process Tower Lead in maintaining high service delivery standards across multiple geographies. Requires 10 years of accounting experience, ERP proficiency, and willingness to work various shift patterns aligned with Europe/UK, Australia, Americas, UAE, and India.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in shared services, in a Record to Report accounting role
- A minimum of 10 years experience in an Accounting roles
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (Navision)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and delivery on time as per the SLAs
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Willingness to work various shift patterns aligned to supported geographies (e.g., Europe/UK, Australia, Americas, UAE, India) as required by the SSC operating model.
Desired Qualifications
- preferable reporting Power BI experience
