R2R Analyst - General Ledger and Reporting

Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end Record-to-Report activities including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations for general ledger and fixed assets in SAP. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, review Balance Sheet and P&L accounts, and investigate variances. Reconcile intercompany transactions, prepare analytical reports, and support audits with required documentation. Manage R2R master data, ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls, and identify process improvement opportunities. Cooperate with local finance and SSC departments while supporting junior analysts through knowledge sharing. This role is part of a transition environment stabilizing R2R processes into the new SSC, requiring hands-on experience in migration projects.
Required Qualifications
- Education degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent qualification
- Proven relevant experience in Record to Report / General Ledger accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting processes
- Strong understanding of IFRS
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and well‐organized
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, business‐partner mindset
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
- High level of integrity and ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment
- Strong teamwork mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, changing environment
- Work location: Łódź, city center
- Hybrid model: 3 days in the office

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a Shared Service Center, outsourcing, or industry environment is a strong advantage
- Transition experience would be an asset
- Familiar with Blackline and Service Now – finance platform would be an asset
