R2P - Supplier Enablement Analyst

Execute supplier onboarding activities, including registration, classification support, and readiness checks to enable compliant digital transactions. Perform transaction enablement tasks such as e-invoicing support and digital interaction coordination to ensure accurate processing. Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve enablement-related issues by conducting proactive outreach via outbound calls and emails to address techno-functional challenges. Create and maintain supplier-facing documentation and knowledge assets to support consistent execution and self-service. Collaborate with internal teams including Category Management, Procurement Operations, Finance, IT, and Risk to support adoption of approved digital channels. Monitor operational trends to identify root causes and provide input to governance teams.
