Required Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of vendor products
- General networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS
- Experience with switches, routers, and firewalls
- Good network & security knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
- Self-motivated and flexible
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Able to execute instructions and request clarification
